COVID-19 INFORMATION AND RESPONSE
HOW WE ARE PROTECTING OUR CLIENTS AND TEAM
We are focused on taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and health of both our Clients and Employees. We remain proactive in defending against COVID-19 to provide safe and reliable essential services.
MITIGATION EFFORTS AND SAFETY MEASURES:
We implemented early protective measures to safeguard our employees and aircrews. Prior to state implemented stay-at-home orders, we reduced on-site staff to only essential employees not able to work from home. Additionally, any team members returning from travel who visited known COVID hotspots self-isolated for a minimum of 14 days prior to returning to work. Currently, we are maintaining minimal essential staff at our facilities and continue the self-isolation policy following any essential travel. We also monitor employee and aircrew temperatures upon arrival at facilities or aircraft and use protective masks and gloves when approriate.
Our fleet is under a multi-level cleaning and disenfecting program in accordance with guidelines of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. This process ensures a clean cabin for every essenial flight. Crewmembers conduct pre-flight and post-flight cleanings using EPA-approved disinfectants to further reduce risk of exposure to COVID-19.
REMOTE OPERATIONS CONTROL:
During this period of increased uncertainty and change, we utilize the most up to date technology solutions and a team of experienced operations control specialists to maintain uniterrupted service. We maintain flexible response plans to manage flight operations remotely as necessary to mitigate risk to our clients and team members.
We monitor routine updates and health alerts through our partnership with MedAire® and will continue to refine our control measures as necessary. With MedAire®, we maintain 24/7 access to expert medical and security advice to include inflight communications.
